THEATRE UNDER THE STARS NOW OFFERS GIFT CERTIFICATES!

Give the Gift of TUTS! Don’t know what night to come? Buy now and use later!

Here’s how it works:

Step One: Choose what types of seats you want and how many!

Gift Certificates come in two options and prices and are good for any performance;

BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE - $44 PER PERSON

This gift certificate(s) allows the user to pick the best seats available anywhere in the theatre at time of redemption.

BEST SEATS AVAILABLE ROWS 17 to 30 - $37 PER PERSON

This gift certificate(s) allows the user to pick the best seats available between rows 17 and 30 at time of redemption.

Step Two: Buy Your Gift Certificates!

To purchase gift certificates either:

  1. Buy on-line here
  2. Visit the Tickets Tonight Box Office at 200 Burrard Street (Plaza Level - Open 7 days a week: 10AM – 6PM) or the TUTS Box Office at Malkin Bowl after July 6th
  3. Call the Ticket Hotline at 1-877-840-0457 (a surcharge will apply)

Step Three: Decide Who Gets Them!

When purchasing the gift certificate(s) you have an option to send them to someone else at another address.  As a gift from you, they can be sent anywhere in Canada!

Step Four: Receive the Gift Certificate(s)

When you buy 'on-line' or 'by the phone' you will receive the actual TUTS Gift Certificate(s) within 14 days by mail. 

Step Five: Redeem the Gift Certificate(s) for an actual Seat Ticket(s)!

There are two options for redeeming the gift certificate(s) for the best seats available on the night you wish to attend;

Option One – By Phone

Call 604-734-1917 with your gift certificate(s) number(s) and we will then assign you the best seats available for the performance of your choice.  You will then bring your gift certificate(s) to the TUTS Box Office Will Call counter on the night of the selected performance and they will be exchanged for printed tickets for your reserved seats so you can enter the theatre. 

Option Two – In Person

PRIOR to July 6th bring your gift certificate(s) to the Tickets Tonight Box Office (Plaza Level, 200 Burrard Street - Open 7 days a week: 10AM – 6PM) to exchange your GC for actual tickets. 

AFTER July 6th bring your gift certificate(s) to the TUTS Box Office to exchange your gift certificate(s) for printed tickets (Box Office located at Malkin Bowl – Open 7 days a week: 2PM to 8PM). 

Step Six: Enjoy the Show!

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • GIFT CERTIFICATE(S) ARE VALID FOR THE 2010 SEASON ONLY
  • THE ORIGINAL GIFT CERTIFICATE(S) MUST BE PROVIDED TO EXCHANGE FOR TICKETS OR ENTRY WILL BE DENIED
  • ONCE A SHOW IS SELECTED THERE ARE NO DATE EXCHANGES
  • UNUSED GIFT CERTIFICATE(S) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • UNUSED TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
