Best Pricing Seats are in Rows W, X, Y, Z and are the last four rows of the theatre.  They may be closer or further to the stage depending on the number of tickets sold for that performance.

Rain Insurance

By purchasing RAIN INSURANCE you can exchange your ticket up until 8PM of the date on your original ticket by visiting the TUTS Box Office in person or calling the TUTS office at 604-734-1917. Your ticket may be exchanged ONE TIME ONLY and FOR ANY REASON and at ANYTIME for a future performance of either show. You will be assigned seats in the same section as your original ticket based on availability at the time of your exchange. RAIN INSURANCE is valid for one ticket only and each person wishing to transfer nights must have purchased RAIN INSURANCE. IMPORTANT: RAIN INSURANCE must be purchased the same day as the purchase of the original tickets. RAIN INSURANCE purchased after original purchase date will be considered VOID at the Box Office. RAIN INSURANCE is similar to most insurance in that it is non-refunbable whether used or not.

Reduced Prices for Kids

TUTS has reduced prices for Youth (ages 13-18) and Child (ages 5-12) that are up to 25% less than prices in years past. For example, a family of four with two adults and two kids under 18 can now attend a TUTS show for as little as $76 (depending on night and seat selection). Group Tickets

Receive $5 off each ticket with ten or more people. If your numbers are confirmed then book best seats early by booking on-line and print your tickets at home. If you think your numbers might change, and you may need to subtract or add numbes to your party, then call us at 604-734-1917. Please be aware that if you wish to add seats after original booking that adjacent seats may not be available. 

VIP Experience

If you have 30 or more friends, staff, suppliers and/or customers, then the TUTS VIP EXPERIENCE might be your perfect night out! The evening includes best-in-house reserved seats, use of our VIP tent, optional food catering from Butler Did It Catering, optional bar (could be host or cash bar), and finally, a shout-out from the stage before the show. Students Are Stars' Seats

TUTS aims to provide affordable tickets to all students.  For every TUTS performance, students of any age with valid ID can get tickets to ‘STUDENTS ARE STARS’ seating for an amazing $20 each (including taxes and fees). To purchase these tickets, students with valid ID are invited to come to the TUTS Box Office on the day of the performance beginning at 7PM on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Tickets may be purchased in person at the TUTS box office beginning at 2pm each day of a scheduled performance

• Tickets may also be purchased by visiting the VSO in-person ticket center located at the VSO School of Music at 843 Seymour Street, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

• Call Centre Hours: Mon-Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday 1pm - 5pm

• Note: There is a call-centre processing fee of $5.00 per order (not per ticket)
